The Latest BUZZ At Bacigalupi Vineyards!

After 4 years in production Bacigalupi Vineyards is thrilled to release the 2017 Brillante Sparkling Blanc de Noir! This is one of the first documented US made sparkling where raw honey has been used for the dosage in substitution for white sugar. What a delicious holiday gift!

In October, Sawyer Somm was honored to moderate a Zoom event to share and taste with members of the media but now YOU can watch it too: Bacigalupi Tasting of 2017 Brilliante

The HONEY comes from local producer, Sonoma County Bee Company, only 4 miles from the vineyards. You can read more about the process and planning at Katey Bacigalupi’s amazing blog post: Sparkling & Honey – A Magical Combination
